Sterilized sea urchin meat (55 g jar)

The sea urchin is an animal that lives on the seabed and predominantly feeds on algae, its scientific name is “paracentrotus lividus”. These are commonly called the eggs which are extracted and eaten raw as a starter or used to give a unique flavour to pasta dishes. The Blue Marlin sea urchin meat is packaged in 55 glass jars or 70 g tins.
The product is preserved via a process of sterilisation.
